Full Journal pdf2001-05-07 House Journal Page 1655 SCR 15 The following, which had been read the second time and moved to Unfinished Business (page 1648), was again before the House: 2001-05-07 House Journal Page 1656 SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 15 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 177, placing certain special interest organizations within the definition of "group" for purposes of Alaska's campaign finance statutes; and requiring disclosure of the true source of campaign contributions. Representative James placed a call of the House. The Speaker stated the call was satisfied. The question being: "Shall SCR 15 pass the House?" The roll was taken with the following result: SCR 15 Second Reading Final Passage YEAS: 28 NAYS: 12 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Bunde, Chenault, Coghill, Dyson, Fate, Foster, Green, Halcro, Harris, Hudson, James, Kohring, Kott, Lancaster, Masek, McGuire, Meyer, Morgan, Mulder, Murkowski, Ogan, Porter, Rokeberg, Scalzi, Stevens, Whitaker, Williams, Wilson Nays: Berkowitz, Cissna, Crawford, Croft, Davies, Guess, Hayes, Joule, Kapsner, Kerttula, Kookesh, Moses And so, SCR 15 passed the House. Representative Berkowitz gave notice of reconsideration of his vote on SCR 15.
